INGREDIENTS

  • 1 baguette/french loaf
  • 100g butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped.
  • 2 tsp Hinds Spices Crushed Chillies
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and crushed

METHOD

  • Cut the bread into diagonal slices, not cutting the whole way through.
  • Mix the butter, Hinds Spices Aromatic Garlic & Herb, chopped parsley, Hinds Spices Crushed Chilies and crushed garlic.
  • Spread the herbed butter into the slices and wrap the loaf in a double layer of heavy-duty foil.
  • Place the garlic loaf onto the hot coals and braai for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
