INGREDIENTS

  • 250g haloumi
  • 250g brown mushrooms
  • 250g button mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs

METHOD

  • Cut the haloumi into cubes and the mushrooms in half. Skewer onto a kebab stick, alternating the mushroom and haloumi.
  • Drizzle over the olive oil, and sprinkle over Hinds Spices Mixed Herbs. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
  • Make a hot fire, and braai the skewers over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through. Enjoy with a side salad.
